Increasing access to Aviation for underserved youth

Madison Youth Aviation Club

For youth who have expressed advanced interest in aviation and possible career tracks. The club meets eight to ten times a year for speakers, facility tours and other experiences within the aviation industry.

Camp Willa

A one-week day camp held yearly in the summer for kids 12-17 years of age. Featuring academic ground instruction, tours of airport facilities, and guest speakers. Includes a free, hands-on flight provided by WBAA volunteer pilots.

Wings To Fly

Introducing aviation to underrepresented youth, focusing on women and people of color. We offer a one-on-one flight flight experience, including flight planning, and a 40-minute hands-on flight. Our next Wings To Fly Event is September 28, 2024
