Madison Youth Aviation Club

MYAC is the next step for youth who have participated in Camp Willa or Wings To Fly and expressed advanced interest in aviation and possible career tracks. 

Through visits to aviation facilities, speakers, and events including volunteering in the aviation community; MYAC club meetings provide ongoing mentorship and engaging activities for youth to explore aviation and STEM interests.

MYAC originated out of a joint effort between the Women in Aviation Intl (WAI) Four Lakes Chapter and WBAA. This partnership included a NASA grant to purchase desktop flight simulators for mutual use. In 2023, MYAC was brought fully under WBAA’s umbrella as part of a comprehensive educational curriculum.
